Super easy check-in and check-out. Parking available. Clean apartment, comfortable bed. Shower gel, conditioner, body wash and plenty clean towels supplied. Tea/coffee etc also supplied. Nice clean modern flat. Parking was in a large assigned bay. Fully stocked kitchen with fridge/freezer, washing machine and dishwasher.

We recently stayed at Istay - The Avenue and had a great experience. The check-in and check-out process was super easy, and we were pleased to find parking available. The apartment itself was clean and comfortable, with a comfortable bed and plenty of clean towels provided. We also appreciated the added touch of shower gel, conditioner, and body wash supplied. The apartment's location was convenient, with a 15-minute walk to the center and several restaurants nearby. we enjoyed our stay and would recommend this hotel.

The room was spotless and had chic furnishings, making us feel right at home. The facilities manager went above and beyond, adding a personal touch. The spacious, modern apartment had large bedrooms, a clean bathroom, a sleek kitchen, and a lovely balcony/terrace. Picking up the keys was a breeze. The building was peaceful, and the location was conveniently close to the town center. Toni was incredibly friendly and even surprised our kids with Easter eggs! We have already recommended this incredible apartment to our friends. Can't wait to come back!

The room was cozy and comfortable, with a nice seating area where I could relax. I loved having a fully equipped kitchen with a dishwasher, making it convenient for cooking. The flat-screen TV was a great addition, allowing me to unwind and enjoy my favorite shows. Having a washing machine in the room was a big plus, as it made it easy to do laundry during my stay. The private bathroom with a shower was clean and had a hairdryer, which was convenient.

Personally, I found the patio to be a bit small, but others might still enjoy it.

Nice clean modern flat. Fully stocked kitchen with fridge/freezer, washing machine and dishwasher. the apartment is very spacious, with beautiful big bedrooms and a clean and tidy bathroom. Super easy check-in and check-out.

Collecting the keys from a different location could be annoying if you didn't have a car. the living room carpet had clearly not been hoovered before our arrival, with loose cigarette papers underneath the sofa.

Check out the nearby Royal Thai Restaurant for a fantastic time, as it's conveniently located close to this place, which is absolutely beautiful and in close proximity to Saint Giles Church and other attractions.
